About the Green Raw Materials Committee of the China Food and Drug Promotion Association
The Green Raw Materials Professional Committee of the China Food and Drug Enterprises Quality and Safety Promotion Association (hereinafter referred to as the Green Raw Materials Committee) is a branch of the China Food and Drug Enterprises Quality and Safety Promotion Association (hereinafter referred to as the China Food and Drug Promotion Association), and carries out its work under the unified leadership and management of the Association.
The China Food and Drug Promotion Association (CFDA) is a nationwide, industry-specific social organization voluntarily formed by enterprises, research institutes, educational institutions, and related local social groups engaged in the fields of food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and medical devices. It is a non-profit social organization. In March 2016, it was officially registered and established with the Ministry of Civil Affairs after being jointly reviewed and approved by the former State Food and Drug Administration, the State Administration for Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the National Health and Family Planning Commission, and the Ministry of Agriculture, and approved by the State Council. The Association is under the guidance and supervision of the Ministry of Civil Affairs (registration management authority), the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) (leading authority for Party building), and the State Administration for Market Regulation (business guidance authority). The Association fully leverages its role as a bridge between the Party and the government and enterprises, guiding member units to accurately and completely implement the spirit of the CPC Central Committee. Through building an open national-level platform, it aggregates industry resources and provides innovative services to the government, industry, enterprises, and members to improve the quality and safety management level of the industry.
The Green Raw Materials Committee aims to explore and realize technological innovation and industrialization of green raw materials, promote exchanges and cooperation in the green raw materials industry, gather top talents in the industry, and enhance the level of green raw materials technology and the industry status.

Membership Categories and Fee Standards
I. Member Units: 10,000 RMB/year
1. Member units shall enjoy the honors granted by this association, such as certificates and plaques.
2. Members shall have the right to elect, be elected and vote in this association, as well as the right to be informed.
3. Enjoy publicity and promotion services for your company on the association’s official website, WeChat official account and other platforms.
4. They will have priority in participating in the association’s public conferences, forums, exhibitions, academic seminars, industry exchanges, and other activities.
5. Members will have priority access to the association’s conferences, forums, exhibitions, academic seminars, industry exchanges, and other business service activities, and will enjoy discounts based on their membership level.
6. Participants have the right to participate in the formulation and revision of relevant group standards and become bidding units, and can enjoy discounts.
7. Members are entitled to business consulting services provided by the association, including industry policies and analysis of business development challenges, tailored to their specific needs.
8. Members are entitled to other customized services provided to their member units.
9. Membership fees should be paid according to the standard for member units. Member units may also choose to pay membership fees according to their level as a director unit, standing director unit, or vice president unit. Except for not participating in the election of directors, they can attend board meetings and offer opinions and suggestions on matters considered by the board. They can also enjoy the basic benefits corresponding to their membership level.

10. For member units (non-board member units) that pay membership dues according to the corresponding level, the board of directors may, based on changes in board member units, appropriately supplement them as board member units according to their contributions to the association.

5. You are entitled to a free opportunity to participate in the formulation and revision of one group standard. If you participate in the formulation and revision of a second or more group standards, you can enjoy a discount.
6. Enjoy the right to participate in occasional field research and investigation trips organized by the association to help local enterprises promote their business and expand their markets.
7. Subject to review and approval, the association may register and open relevant client applications and publish news on mainstream media.
8. Enjoy data-driven services provided by the association’s new media ecosystem, including WeChat, such as corporate publicity, product display, event promotion, and interactive communication.

Membership process
I. Filling out the form
Those applying for membership must fill out the membership application form, sign it, and affix the official seal.

Submit simultaneously:
(1) A photocopy of the business license of the enterprise or institution or the registration certificate of the industry association, stamped with the official seal;
(2) Enterprises and institutions engaged in the production, sale, and distribution of food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and medical devices (“three products and one device”) shall provide photocopies of their relevant business licenses with their official seal affixed; suppliers and service providers shall provide photocopies of their production and distribution licenses for “three products and one device” with their official seal affixed.
(3) Vocational education and training institutions should provide photocopies of relevant qualification documents with their official seal affixed;
(4) Industry associations shall provide a list of their members for record-keeping by this association;
(5) Individual members fill out the individual member information form and attach a photocopy of their ID card, technical grade certificate and professional qualification certificate obtained in the relevant field.

III. Review and payment of membership fees
The association will review the membership application documents upon receipt and issue a “Membership Approval and Dues Payment Notice” upon approval. Members must pay the corresponding dues based on their membership level within one month of receiving the notice.
IV. Membership Registration
Upon receipt of membership fees, the association will issue a “National Unified Receipt for Membership Fees of Social Organizations” to complete the member registration, issue an electronic membership certificate and a unit membership plaque, and publish the information in the association’s journal and website. The new member can then exercise the rights stipulated in the charter. New members who complete information entry and pay membership fees will be successfully registered.
