The finished enzyme product relies on the self-developed artificial intelligence platform ReAI4Bio, which deeply integrates AI algorithms with genetic engineering, enzyme engineering, and strain engineering to construct an “AI-driven intelligent biomanufacturing system .” This system enables intelligent processing of the entire chain from gene design to product production , significantly improving the thermal stability, catalytic activity, and substrate tolerance of industrial enzymes—reducing enzyme modification that previously took years to complete to just a few months ! Currently, this technology has been successfully applied to S-Bosoxonine, NAD⁺, and NMN.The large-scale production of active ingredients such as carnosine has been achieved. The expert committee unanimously agreed that “the technology of this achievement has reached the international advanced level and has significant economic and social benefits.”



The enzyme product has independently built a collaborative “biology-enzyme-chemistry” platform, integrating gene editing, AI deep learning, and protein structure prediction to achieve intelligent modification, cleavage, and assembly of enzyme elements for peptides. This technology system has successfully overcome industry challenges such as the insertion of non-natural amino acids and precise assembly , achieving an assembly purity of up to 99.9% for complex peptides ! Currently, 21 invention patents have been applied for, with 5 already granted.
